Thanks Johnep,
what confused me is that they are asking the same K for taking in a prescription, and validating it. I think they just like to keep us on our toes!

I found in most cases, I could claim both on one report. For Element 1, I commented that I noticed it was a yellow form, therefore and FP10D issued by a Dentist. Later in the report I said that as it was FP10D, only items listed in Part ... (I really should know that by now!!) of the Drug Tariff can be prescribed, and went into detail as to how it meant that the prescription was valid.
Similarly, I put that I was handed a private prescription (as it was not an NHS form) and later detailed how I checked that it was valid (GMC no etc)
Thanks Tinx- how are you finding life post NVQ? I'm really looking forward to not having to do it anymore now. Just got to get to September, without making the year rush by more than it already is!

Slightly disappointing as I was hoping that I would have had my certificate by now. But hey ho!
Anyway, I've suddenly got all this extra spare time - it's strange! Am gradually finding non-work things to fill it with though. The powers that be at work are currently trying to get me to do either management training, or ACT. I'm not really interested in either (I see how the company treats its ACTs and Managers!) but they don't seem to get that.
You will be fine! Although I must admit it was my last modules and units that dragged out (but then I would go and change branches just before the final unit/module!)
