Hi;
I`m on Dispensary Assistant Course Module 4(The Drug Tariff).And i got prescription:
Co-amilofruse 2.5mg/20mg tabs OM x60
Tacrolimus 1mg capsules Mdu x15
Nizoral cream Apply bd xop
Two pairs Class3 stockings circular knit below knee
Questions are:
1.Could you dispense all items from this prescription as it is written?
If not,explain why.
2.What to need to be added to the prescription to allow you to dispense the item(s) and who needs to add this information?

I know is about stocking, i think,but i need some more info.

hi kala 83 im going back a long time but for co-amilofruse i wrote can dipense exact amount or nearest pack size no you wouldnt be paid for frumil ls as this is in part look up in latest drug tariff as will only be paid the price that is listed cabergoline are in packs of 16 so dispense 64 as they are special containers cant dispense nizoral cream its not got sls on script no size for stocking measure patient and endorse m/f i did this a long time ago hope this helps sezza

so i can`t dispense stocking because is no measurements,so doctor have to put them on the prescription?

no just put m/f on script for endorsement as uve measured and fitted for patient sezza
