unit 6

hi can anyone help me wth unit 6 ive managed to cover element 6.2 and 6.3 ive got my ranges pcs and evidence for 6.1 but im stuck with how to put ks in from k7 to k15 and k2 and k3 for whole unit i dont no how to fit them and im behind on my course help please thankyou sezza

Hi Sezza,
I included a page from our staff handbook about Customer Service, a& said how important it is to give a good service, people likely to come back, word of mouth etc. Over time using name & remembering them then if got a promlem likely to come to us & be easier to resolve.
PMR has name address & previous meds which is important, can also add phone no which may be useful if need to contact. Also, adding a note that pops up whn 1st enter patient's screen i.e. allergic to.., wants TEVA brand metformin etc.
Basically I did a pharmacist q about how to deal with a complaint, & wrote a 4 page answer, covering loads of Ks!

I had all the other ranges etc already covered too, I just wrote what I needed how I needed to cover the Ks with a Pharmacy Q
