Hey how is everyone doing?
I am just working through unit 6 and having difficulty weaning in the K standards. They are quite straightforward in principle but I was wondering if anyone could help in terms of how they linked them into their reports. I feel like I am putting the K standards in isolation in my reports.
I.E why effective customer services are important. I know why they are important but I feel like I am writing my report and then got this line saying its important becuse... bla bla bla! To me that doesnt sound right when you are writing a report about how you deal with a complaint from a customer......

I know what you mean, but I did end up doing pretty much that. If what I had written didn't cover the exact requirements I would also tag something on to the end of a report, extending what I'd done with examples of what could be done in different situations to make sure all Ks covered.

Hey Gin cheers for that. I'm glad im not the only one who thinks that. It just looks daft having this floating sentence in the middle of the report but theres no other way to wean them in for some lotsa laughs! how are u getting on with the course??? Krisi
