    Dispensing Doctors Technician

Trained in hospital as a Pharmacy Technician more than 20yrs ago, worked in retail for 4 years and am now working in Dispensing doctors practice along with the Dispensay manager who is also a hospital trained tech. Anyone familar with dispensing doctors practices know that there are no pharmacists employed so therefore no pharmacy based support.
Find it very difficult to get any information on what is the "going rate" of pay per hour for this type of "dispensing job"
    Can anyone help ??!!!

Neither myself or the dispensary manager are as yet registered although we both plan to do so under "route b" of registration before the end of June deadline. Are you registered ? Dare I ask if you are within BAND 4 (top or bottom ?) or BAND 5 ?!

You will be looking at anything between £9-£12 for a qualified docs dispenser, obviously the dispensary manager will get more.
Just out of interest do you have to do your NQV 2 & 3 even though you have your hosp experience? I bet you do!!!
