fell behind

hi all hows everyone do in with there course work im still behind with mine ive nearly complteted unit 11 but please tell me im not the only one who has fell behind i am trying to catch up but feel like i aint gettin there anyone else feel like this or is it just me sezza

No, you are not the only one so don't worry, 2 of us in my shop are doing the course and are several months behind despite spending every waking momement doing it !! can't wait till it's finished - only 4 modules to do!!

unit one left to do which needs about 25 reports all about scripts so we are always looking out for suitable ones but haven't found many yet, it's good having a buddy in the same shop as we help each other looking for evidence to use, advice etc. The knowledge looks a bit daunting on this one but I'm sure i'll get there - i'm on a mission to finish asap as I want my life back!!

Are you on Module 15 at the moment and is it with the NPA?. I am about half way through it, just got my case studies to do. Its nice having a break from the units!!! although not looking forward to Module 16 with Unit 1 ~ I believe it is massive!!!!!!!!! but on the brighter side its not long until I finish. I am doing unit 1 at the mo and yes it is massive - it's getting the evidence that's hard as some of them you don't see everyday so I suggest you look out for any unusual scripts, I had a look at the unit well before I started it and haven't come accross some of them yet, and as for the extemp dispensing - well it just doesnt happen it's about time they changed it!!

im going to really struggle on unit 1 just started and have to provide evidence on prescription charges , i live and work in wales where prescriptions are free so the back of the prescriptions dont have to be filled out to proove their exemptions :/ dont know how im going to cover things like exemption certificates and paying for prescriptions :/ and am the same with extemp dispensing we dont make anything up in pharmacy these days arrrrg unit 1 and 2 modules left tho cannot wait to finish and i better get a bunch of flowers when i do lol good luck everyone x

You could always phone your course provider for help. Or maybe do pharmacist assessments on how it used to be before prescriptions were free. Just a thought. Good luck xxx

yea i think im going to have to do alot of pharmacist questions to cover many things , its just a pain because we dont keep any of the forms in stock anymore like claiming back payment forms so im going to maybe have to find a way of getting hold of some copies of them as evidence and to refresh me of what needs to be filled out for one of these, was so long ago, thanks for your reply xx
