Unit 5 evidence

Hi,

I am currently working through unit 5, I have completed some of the workbook tasks and was wondering how others had listed them on the evidence sheets and if you attached any evidence to them.

Do I post off the workbook plus additional reports, or do I need to photocopy the workbook activites and then send them, or am i supposed to write activity reports to go with the activities - just a tad confused as you can see!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Kayco
I didn't attach any evidence to my workbook, I just worked my way through it and in the boxes underneath the tasks I wrote down the PC's, ranges and knowledges. I did do additional reports for my portfolio with the evidence attached. The workbook is posted off with your reports, case studies and short answer questions. Me again. Don't know if it was right, but on my evidence lists I listed the activity reports, and then added the workbook pages. i.e. workbook p5

Thank you both for your help, it is abit clearer now!!

My main concern was how to list it on the index sheet, but I will list it by page number of the workbook like you ginny.
