This query has come up before. In England all Oxygen is distributed by specialist companies and not handled at all by pharmacy.
That is the answer.

You have to read the factsheet page in the Unit book, copy it & you and your pharmacist sign it.
You can then do a pharmacist q asking ou about regs- worded to make sure all requirements covered. Then you answer it by writing the info that is in the sheet!! Add that only supplied by specialists now, info can be found in Drug Tarrif.
I attached the factsheet as I would do evidence because you have to send it off.

all u have to write on the report is we dont do oxygen anymore in community pharmacy it is all supplied by boc,air products or any other company in ur area n give details of how to contact them
