    Re: Help

I know the answers to all of those questions, however my answers will be of little relevance to your course, as they are Pharmacy specific!

Have you got any colleagues who can help you? Was this not covered at your induction/basic health & safety training when you first started your job?

Who is responsible for first aid in your pharmacy? - We won't know - you will have to ask at your pharmacy. Your manager will be able to help you
What you do in the event of an accident? - We don't know. your company will have its own procedure. Your manager will be able to help you.
Procedure for dealing with a fire in pharmacy. - We don't know. your company will have its own procedure. Your manager will be able to help you.

Sensing a pattern yet? Have you even approached your manager (or the person who is supervising you on your course) and asked them about these things? If not, why not? You need to be pro-active and ask for help from your manager when you need it, and he or she should be able to give you that help. Sometimes the questions on your course can be very complex but these particular ones just need a bit of common sense to find out the answers.
