Health and safety UNIT 4 HELP PLEASE

Hi i am trying to complete unit 4,any one with ideas,how many risk assessment do you have to include?

I did one risk assessment on the form provided in the booklet and i only put 3 risks. I deliberately piled boxes up on the floor in front of the fire exit, allowed the bin to overflow and also box on stairs and i photographed these hazards and then wrote in my report i cleared them away to prevent anybody tripping etc.

Good Luck, I only put those and I passed. Have you covered all the points, i think i only had about 12 reports for H & S
