hi can anyone help me with unit 3 i have started to gather my evidence for unit 3 i have one querey up to now but the pharmacist deals with most of them can anyone help me and the question about email or faxing a patient as we dont do things like this in our pharmacy thanks sezza

Sorry, I can't help as I haven't started that unit yet. That's the MI unit - do you have a pharmacist who is your assessor for that unit?

Do you mean units? Hopefully I'm going to get three units signed off soon. Have you done unit 5 (personal development)? If you have or anyone else has what pieces of evidence did you use?

For faxing I said that I'd had a query from the dr's receptionist about what test strips a patient should use for thier machine. I checked info in MIMS, told her, and sent her fax of page so she had for future reference.
