Help please - Pharmacy Technician (Buttercups Technical Cert & NVQ 3)

Hi guys,

For my NVQ I've been asked to write a self-reflective account on the Buttercups learning agreement and RPSGB code of conduct for Pre-reg Trainee Pharmacy Technicians. I need to answer the following:
- how does it apply to us
- how it applies to the work place
- how can we apply it to the work place

The seven principles are:
1. Make patients your first concern
2. Use your professional judgement in the interests of patients and the public
3. Show respect for others
4. Encourage patients and the public to participate in decisions about their care
5. Develop your professional knowledge and competence
6. Be honest and trustworthy
7. Take responsibility for your working practices

I'm not really sure how to start it off. If anyone can help with hints/tips I would be very grateful. I know this will cover NVQ unit 4.
