hi as anyone done unit 2 element 2.4 issue stock i have done three reports on issuing stock but dont no what to do to cover pc4 as it says its not about giving a script out its about issuing stock to three different places so pc4 is about a item is out of stock so i have to double up on the dose i dont get it can anyone help thanks sezza

How about receiving a script for an antibiotic which needs to be delivered that day, but you don't have it in stock, so have to double up on a lower strength?
For mine, I had a script for Cefalexin Capsules 500mg, we didnt have the stock and they needed it urgently that day.

I used a prescription that required 30g of Hydrocortisone 0.1% but we only had 15g tubes in stock and for whatever reason 15g tubes show up as the root when dispensing so I used that and it was accepted.
