anyone fell behind on course work

I've been convinced for ages I was running behind but discovered last week I'm not...in fact I'm on time despite the NPA sending them late! No idea what dates I've been reading...think this NVQ3 has scrambled my brain :/

I know that feeling of scrambled brain! My panic is over- for now! Posted Case Studies in time and should be able to get Unit off by weekend, so will only be 1 week late. Stupid how worked up I get about it all!
Now I need people to come in and complain- but only the right complaints if you don't mind!

I could have written the entire Unit about complaints on New Years Day alone though I doubt the assessor would believe they all happened on the same day! Never again thats all I have to say....though at least this Unit is a lot easier then the one before it!
