    a little help please???

    ok i'm doing nvq3 and i'm stuck!!! maybe i cant see for looking but can not find the answer to....... hypertention and potassium loss are potential side effects of which of the following drugs? a) betamethasone b) deflazacort c) fludrocortisone d) dexamethasone sorry i must be having a very dull moment would like some help please!! thanks x

    Hypertension and K+ loss fall under mineralocorticoid effects of steroids. The one out of the four which has the highest mineralocorticoid effect is fludrocortisone (has very little glucocorticoid action).
