Just check the conditions of you taking the NVQ 3, as Boots paid for it, they may have you linked into working with them for so long in your contract before you can leave or you may have to pay them back the course fee. Not sure with them; how it works with them. HR department should be able to help if nobody else to turn to, to ask.
