    NPA NVQ3 Unit 5

    Hiya,
I have just started Unit 5 - Manage your work and development .
Does anyone know if you need to include activities in the workbook on the Evidence Index grids, and if so, what did you put in the "Page No" column?
    Many thanks
    Soph

Hi, I rang the NPA about this and you complete the workbook as if its a module, but if there is stuff thats worthy of an activity then you write that up as a report (with evidence) and note your report details on the evidence index page as normal.

Hope this helps, cos this unit is a nightmare !!!

Hi, I am also doing unit 5 and I'm quite confused! I do not understand why they have put some bits in italics as these are activties in the work book?!? I am probaly being a bit thick but my pharmacist was also unsure of what it meant. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
