Tell me about it! And I'd thought maybe deliveries and orders would be a bit easier. We don't even do half the stuff, like sending things to places, and storing things seperately. Oh well, I'm not going to worry about it...YET!

ginny you probably do store things seperately, like eye drops, contraceptives, external creams etc

Seperate storage- remind me whats the standard??? is it the one where u have to state what stock u keep seperate - the obvious being the fridge and CD cupboard. I think those are two of the standards anyway in relation to seperating storage in the booklet but not 100%. If I am thinking of the right one I think I used pallative care products because we keep them seperate in a drawer as we have to ensure we have specific stock at all times, plus the PCT pay for the pallative care products so seperating hte stock makes it easier for us to monitor what goes out etc. Another option may be having cytotoxic drugs seperate but we only deal with methotrexate which is on the shelf so I couldn't use that in my place. You could also segregate specific brands for certain customers as well. Just a few ideas- I think I did Unit 2 last evidence one I did so if you'd like any more help with anything just let me know
