The course I am doing (NPA) is:
Unit 1: Dispense medicines & products
Unit 2: Control stock of pharmaceutical materials & equipment
Unit 3: Providing pharmaceutical information & advice
Unit 4: Ensure your own actions reduce the risks to health & safety
Unit 5: Manage your work and development OR Unit 7: Support the use of pharmacy information technology
Unit 6: Provide an effective pharmacy service for customers
Unit 10: Assist in the sale of OTC medicines and provide information to customers on symptoms and products
Unit 11: Assist in the provision of community specialist services.
Although those are the unit numbers, they aren't neccessarily done in that order. I had to do Unit 10 first, then Unit 4, then Unit 2, then Unit 3, then Unit 11, now working on Unit 6 and struggling as I very rarely see customers face-to-face! Lots of evidence for telephone though!
