    As per the law, if I am right, all pharmacies cotracted under NHS have to follow all the storage conditions mentioned by the manufacturers/ marketing authorisation holders. Irrespective of whether they have an A/c or not, if they are found to deviate from this they are in breach of the contract and can be prosecuted.

    My suggestion for covering PC 7 was given to me by the NPA training advisor as I was stuggling to cover this requirement otherwise I would not have suggested it.
