    NVQ3 Electronic versions of forms

    Has anybody used the electronic versions of the eveidence collection forms? I requested them from the NPA, but I'm not too sure how to use them. Has anyone used them?

    I use them- prefer it as my Pharmacist is renowned for loosing paper, so at least I can just print another copy! I save separate copies of the reports so I have them to refer back to.
