I am on the NPA NVQ 3 course
Was just wondering if anyone has an electronic copy of the forms for the evidence collection- mainly the two forms entitled activity report with witness testimony????
I have been typing my reports in a word file, (was thinking of just copying and pasting) and have emailed the npa to get a copy of the electronic version as it says too in the booklet but that was over a month ago and still havent heard anything back. I have just emailed them again and going to ring next week but the course is due in on the 16th so need one quite urgently !
Can anyone help - be greatly appreciated

Hi krisi, i have them, i've only got another 6 months to go on mine now thanks god- there is a light at teh end of the tunnel!!
i can't find the filet o upload, but if u let me have you emial address i can forward the original email with the attatchment in it, also says on th email that thos forms are available at the npa website.
