Just to let you all know that my baby girl arrived safely on Friday 11th September weighing 6lbs 4ozs and has been called Ellis.

Lol Nope definately Ellis, its a unisex name.
Personally I think it suits girls better but then I would, Im biased

hi leaann , well done both on your new arrival and getting your NVQ3 !!I am looking for some help on NVQ if you have time !!did you do unit 12 ,the one on demonstartion and Instruction ? I thought I had copleted this one properly but I got it back saying I needed further evidence to cover ranges I missed out ? is this something you could help me with or if anyone else out there who has done this unit help me ? thanks

Hi merc2412, thanks for the congrats. Is it the new style NVQ you are doing as I don't recall this unit. I did the old style, however maybe with a little more information I could still help.

hi leanne,its okay i have now completed everything and just getting ready to send away for marking.the Nvq i am on consists of modules and units.i started it last march and was due for completion this Oct so I am on course.hopefully all my submissions will pass okay.thanks for offer of help.will let you know how i get on.
