yes im at the same point finding it difficult as my manager/pharmacist been off for 6 weeks and im getting no help and no alot of time to do it arrrg, it doesnt say about internal and external customers in the modules im a bit stuck on that bit. How are u finding it ? nic x

Hey Nicky regards the internal and external customers part - me and my friend on the course both struggled to find anything related to it. My boss rang up the npa to find out and apparently its...

Internal customers - are those people that belong to the same organisation so say people from another branch or the area manager.

External customers -are people that don't belong to your organisation for example patients.

glad i'm not the only one who struggled with int & ext cust q's but least my prog ass has been posted now mod 5 will be going in the postbox monday... i can't relax until its back all that hard work entrusted to the postal service!!!

Next module does seem a bit full on, but im sure we can get through it together... i look forward to sharing this NVQ3 journey with you all

Hey Susan, I know what you mean about the postal service hehe!
And I am sure we will all do fine, at least we have somewhere to screeeeeeam in those stressful moments and help each other through! This forum is a great idea.

postal service module 4 was water damaged had to send the photo copiesthe marker said it was damaged when she received my work im so pleased i photo copied it

oh god no. bet you wanted to scream but be thankful for small mercies wtih the photo copying. Thats british weather for you - hope you got on okay!
