hi everyone hope all is well. Currently on module 6 yr 1 nvq3 and was wondering if anyone has any advice. Its a bit full on. Any hints or tips on the evidence bit dont know where to start. thankyoux

Hey Sandra,
You must be on same course times as me lol! I was due hand it in on 28th but not been able to so got a slight extension! We had lots of staff absences and busy busy at work etc etc other week so its catch up time! How have you got on? Did you manage to get it done in time or still need HELP lotsa laughs!
Im with you there hahaha! Taking over our lives already haha - but you have a point only till april 2011 which wont sound soooo far in the future as of friday lotsa laughs!

am also playing catch up, what with staff leaving 2 weeks b4 xmas and being ill was no way any deadlines were going to be met.... but also got little extension.

Have also got to write a couple more reports for unit 10. oh how i long for some free time...

How u getting on finishing off unit 10- hope your getting there - how many reports u got left to write for that one! ive sent mine off for that just hoping its right. If you need any help or want chat about any of the modules just PM me! Can help one another through. Im setting myself the task of writing up the health and safety risk assessment today for module 4 eurgh! A risk assessment hasnt been done in our place for some reason but a locked fire escape is a good start my boss is banning me from writing a report on that though doh! I wonder why lotsa laughs!

I've had Units 2 (Stock Control) and 4 (Health and Safety) returned to me as I've accidentally missed out a couple of reports. I'm stuck as to what I need to do.

Unit 2: Maintance of Storage Areas - Isolated - I've no idea where to start as I have covered date checking CD cupboard for secure, and Fridge Temperature records for Low Temperature, but I dont handle poisons

Unit 4: Ensure that you report any differences between workplace policies and suppliers on manufacturers instructions - Any suggestions?

For isolated do you keep Methotrexate elsewhere? What about sulphonylureas?
