Just staying at home catching up with stuff (washing, ironing and garden) i never seem to have time to do when at work.

I didn't go to the open day but would have liked to, but least i had a Pharmacy Manager from another store come and spend some time with me on unit 10, its rare to get that one to one. Its all locums at my store... Did you go?

I've managed to get 4 activity reports written up only 6 more to go.

Are you getting a lot of support or just being left to get on with it.

    Hey Susan,
Sounds like you have a good week ahead of you Make sure you get some rest in as well because youl soon be back to work slogging lotsa laughs!
I didn't go on the open day either. The day was just as i got back off holiday plus my boss wanted me to work the night shift afterwards and all without pay which was a no go at the time.
I haven't managed to get any of the activity reports written up yet - i have plenty notes and rough outline for some but its just getting it on the form and following that criteria- you having any trouble with yours or is it quite straightforward?
Regards support I haven't had any at all yet - and lucky to get half hour in a week to study- and to be honest not getting that at the moment so yeah just being left to do it.We can only try our best eh - are u getting the help you need? K

What do most techs think about Pharmacists? Do they like us? Or do they just think we are a silly - petty - unreasonable profession?

It is impossible to generalise! I have worked with some fantastic Pharmacists who are very knowledgeable, professional, supportive and fantastic. I have also worked with some lazy, unprofessional ones too (admittedly mainly locums!)

I've been lucky to work with some of the best Pharmacists......they are the reason i'm doing what i'm doing now. I've always thought of us as being one big, happy family!!!

Oooh tough question that one. I would imagine its mixed views as with anything. Some people you get on great with others you dont as is life. I guess same principle applies in terms of technicians and pharmacists.
I think most pharmacists on the whole are great, even most locums. I have worked with some really good locums- one who was better than one i have currently. in my opinion definitely not a petty silly unreasonable profession although im slightly bias given my mams a pharmacist
