    You could use Syrup BP (preserved). You can still get it in 2000 ml bottles. I think it's made by Loveridge or Ransom.

    We used to get scripts for Ephedrine Nasal Drops 0.25%.

    We diluted this according to the BNF for children by diluting ephedrine 0.5% nasal solution with sodium chloride 0.9% solution. The details regarding expiry and doses is given in the BNF for children.
