ongoing nvq 3!!!!

Thats so good you are nearly finished NVQ, now that christmas/new year and shop rebranding are over I am getting back to the books again and now tackling unit 5 ..My Pharmacist has not been trained to do Appraisails yet so do you or anyone know if a written report about my strengths and weeknesses from her would be acceptable for element 3 where it requires a personal development review to be submitted ? ..I am just about one year into course and cannot beleive how quickly time has past...

i am on the awful unit one i dont feel confident either no support from work bloody nightmare situation

its good to read we all are experiencing the re-brand and are expected to submit once a month " i dont think so " just chipping away as much as possible and loseing loads a sleep about it but good luck to everybody on the course

having passed my course now..My pealrs of wisdom are submit as much supporting evidence as you can, see if you can cross reference any thing.
Keep at it it's worth it at the end

thanks my assesor has said that i am doing too much i just dont seem to be able to please at the moment i dread seeing the assesor as something always is not just right but just plodding on the best i can many thanks for encouragement at least the course can be finished hahaha
