Sorry have missed the one on methane. This is a gas given off when matter is fermenting under anaerobic conditions and we all pass 2-5 litres a day.

Present in all fermenting organic matter in ponds etc and also responsible for accidents in coal mines when known as fire damp.

Anyway, what was the question again.?

Not sure of the context of the question?
water has high specific heat capacity which means that its hard to increase/decrease water temp so it acts as a temperature buffer.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................

Radiator in a car. Actually water is usually used as a heat transfer medium.

On a global scale, we survive in UK because of the Gulf Stream which brings heat from the tropics. Good article in Times magazine yesterday. We were very quiet so had plenty of time to read.
