The firm that developed the website will take care of that. I want someone to keep the prices updated, deal with queries, order and send out orders and deal with local radio advertising whilst keeping me away from the stat comm.

I also want someone to develop relationships with large customers so that we stock their requirements.

Basically the candidate will run a business, subject to professional regulatory limits but use a computer rather than speak face to face.

I'm assuming although everything is done on the PC that you need someone that lives nearby?

Not necessarily,
You could get a website made up for you for the general look and feel, and use a 'content management system' to manage the verbage. (if that's the write phrase <g>)
But what do I know about computers... I'm only a pharmacist.

I'm a pharmacist who went to night school 2 years ago and gained a web design qualification.
I maintained a small companies website and email accounts before we sold out.
I run the local LPC website and am open to offers...
