Smile Dispensing Assistants

Hi
Does anyone have any idea how much per hour a Dispensing Assistant should be paid - or is it at the discretion of each company you work for?
Thanks

Usually start at same as counter assistant plus, say 50p/hr. Rises then come with experience and progress through NVQ training.

But NVQ 3 and ACT would be paid significantly more.
