That is good news. Will there be an apology?

I have had confirmation from the Press Complaints Commission that there will be an apology and that an explaination will be given on the terms and that this will be in all the newspapers, that ran with the story. It will also give details of the results of the commission on its website. I will just check that this is also correctly reported in the local paper as this is an ongoing case for the relatives and a solicitor seeking justice. I hope that much is learnt from this so that no other patient suffers this. We all make mistakes but once a query is raised then it could have been put right before harm was done. As pharmacists we know that CDs in particular need extra caution and that the running balance should have raised concerns.
