NHS structure and how it affects pharmacy

Hello all, I'm writing an article for Pharmacy Magazine on the restructuring of the NHS and its impact on pharmacists.

How can pharmacists take advantage of the new structure and find gaps in services they offer the local community and how can pharmacists better communicate with GP commissioning groups and local authorities etc. I'm looking to interview some pharmacists about their experiences and any insights they have, preferably pharmacists involved in local pharmaceutical committees.

I would be very pleased to hear from anyone who has anything they think would be of interest to readers.
    Many thanks,
    Harriett

Unfortunately, it is not pharmacists who will find gaps in services but the multiple employers who will say yes to any new income stream and expect existing staff to cope with no extra resources or pay.

means either the pharmacists will have to leave their job or to stick up for themselves and tell their bosses in ivory tower "NO". The natives should be able to do that, but I wonder how the foreigners will cope especially since most don't know f.
