With the latest round of Secretary of State directions Pharmacists will need to get their smart cards updated to EPSr2 compliance by filling in an RA01.
EPSr2 requires a card for each user so technicians and possibly counter assistants will also need to apply.
Pharmacies are being issued with location specific premises cards to enable them to continue to use EPSr1 as the cards are not able to do both.
