so let me get this right if a drug is suspended we cant claim the money back but if its recalled we can? do they usually do a recall after or will it just be we lose the money?

Yes, we'll probably lose the money on PIs, but GSK will be accepting returns on UK packs after 8th Nov.
You can still dispense prescriptions for rosiglitazone because it has not been recalled. Patients should be told to arrange an alternative for next time.
