Post PJonline: current letters (and links to past letters)

Since July we've been posting partial contents pages of the PJ, and complete contents of Clinical Pharmacist.

15 August issue is now available. Past contents pages are being gradually added, initially going back to July 2008 when PJ Online was relaunched.

Pharmaceutical Journal (15 August 2009): Selected contents | PJ Online
Pharmaceutical Journal | Clinical Pharmacist (selected comtent from back issues) | PJ Online

Re: Pharmaceutical Journal (15 August) online

Main problem with PJ online is that it is very much 'drill down'.
I find you have to know what you want to read to be able to find it!
Whereas reading the paper journal you dip in what interests you.
Essential reading is the Notice-Board page. This should have an its own hot-button.
Unless I'm missing the best way of finding it.
Where am I?; In the Pharmacy.
Who are you?; The new Number 2.
Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................

We've just finished running a readership survey in the PJ. It included some questions on PJ Online.

What would you like to see in PJ Online? What would encourage you to use it?

I agree.....it was much better the way it used to be. I can't figure out how to access sections and we used to be able to read Hospital Pharmacist.

The second link you put up Gowan is a much more easier way to access clinical pharmacist. The problem i have is trying to find the clinical pharmacist articles in the news section, where both journals are lumped together.

I would really love a searchable, cumulative database of all discontinued products, rather than having to plod through all the SPC changes etc...in the "Product News" section: something that I could print off & hand to the patient who asks me why he can't have the Efcortelan cream the doctor has prescribed....
(And yes, I have tried to search for Efcortelan on the present PJOnline site, and it doesn't show up as "discontinued"...)
Ze genuine Article, present & perfect!

Make it like the real PJ so that it only appears on the internet on monday or tuesday, whereas we used to get it on friday.
