My point exactly...massive amounts of cash spent by government in a recessionary time for what will most probably turn out to be either a useless or unusable product. What make it worse is that the decision to buy was probably made by a random politician without any consultation with professionals in a position to advise to the contrary.

11 kids at the primary school she teaches at have fallen ill with flu-like symptoms and she is in bed today, on her birthday of all days, vomiting, feverous with headaches etc. NHS direct were called and someone is going to be sent to test her. Doesn't look particularly promising in Brum.
