    We have lots of people buying this product, but when they find out its only 1/2 the strength of the POM one there soon off to the gp and paying £7.20

    Although its 1/2 strength there is only a reduction of 5% in fat absorption iin comparison to xenical 120mg orlistat. Theres evidence in the states from the fda that it can cause liver damage. I wonder whether this is dose related, ie does the 120mg dose causes liver damage and the 60mg has proportionally less, whereas the fat absorption difference doesnt differ as much. This could see Alli possibly being first choice...
