Your only reason to make up a supply will be based on your duty of care and you would only be acting in the best interest of the patient. As for temazepam....if you did not check it off, I would definately not rectify it at all!!! Unless you can physically see from your stock levels and what you've given on that day that you've checked off an error, I would stay away and request a new Rx!
Leaving out CDs that are S3 and above...
Make a point of checking anything with a Benzodiazepine, 'Z' drug, higher strength/potency opiate (non-CD) and others.
Either while it is counted (if they are loose) or looking in the box.
