I'm seen a couple of methadone scripts that should have been dated for February that have in fact been dated March (the start date being the same and some patients being prescribed further in advance than others has led to problems at some addiction units).

I've dispensed them - and had the scripts corrected afterwards - just wish I noted the date brefore dispensing (but I'd have dispensed regardless at weekends)
