Never made an error

3 years ago I didn't make an error.
I dispensed what was on the script after the usual routine checks.

I will get summonsed to a coroners court later this year and then have to face the RPSGB.

(Yes I'm in the PDA who have been fantastic but it still scares the cr@p out of me)

That must be horrendous hanging over your head, and for so long. That is a ridiculous amount of time to have a coroners ruling open for, both for you on your end of it and what about any family members who actually want to move on with their lives ( I am assuming they arent some bitter and twisted people pushing for some kind of financial gain).

Where exactly does a pharmacists liability end?? it appears we 'carry the can' more and more, yet the companies that employ us, allow less and less time to carry out clinical and accuracy checking.

This has the potential to become another landmark test case and I'm sure that there will be a lot of chatter about it on here.
For obvious reasons I cannot give specifics so don't ask. But what happened could happen to any pharmacist who works in a busy place (and did to me)
