    Don't stress too much - Its something that won't now happen once you are qualified and thats what matters.

    Saves the label from disappearing as well... once I stuck a label on my hand while sorting out a shelf because the drug boxes were falling over each other... when I eventually got to stick the label, it was nowhere to be seen.... only found it when doing the cleaning rota months afterwards, neatly stuck on the underside of the shelf that was above !

    I totally agree - never dispense from the labels, always the script. It's so easy to pick up a strip of labels and walk around picking up the drugs from these labels and keeping the error going.
