eek!
the perils of solo dispensing / checking!
just shows how easy it can be to slip into a mindset when dispensing on your own....
“It's not worth doing something unless you were doing something that someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren't doing.”
Terry Pratchett
some people are better accuracy checkers than pharmacists
are we going to see community pharmacists doing pharmaceutical check only
and
accuracy checker (spot the different expert) to be the sole medicines checker (no pharmaceutical check involved, patient name and address, DOB, doctor signature, script date, drug name, strength, form, instruction, and quantity)
in the future (like in the hospital) safer?
