I have had the opportunity to speak with this lady at some length and in a frank and forthright manner.

I know there is some concern that she is not a pharmacist and so may not be aware of our problems.

I was surprised at how quickly she has become acquainted with our profession and to what extent she is seeking feedback (even from the likes of me!) on our problems.

She knows that she has to deliver for us. She knows what many of our problems are. She knows that her future is tied in with ours. And she is desperately seeking feedback - go to www.rpharms.com and post on the general forum especially on the subject of supervision.

Without a professional body we are not a profession. We need a professional body and we need someone in charge of that body we can trust.

I trust her.
