    prescription database at local pharmacy

    i have used the same pharmacy for many years . would my pharmacy hold details of all prescriptions it has issued to myself say for the last however many years ?

    It should hold details of the medicines that where dispensed for you.
    Slightly different from records of prescriptions issued to you by your doctor.

    For example, if you tell the pharmacy that you don't want xyz tablets this time, they don't dispense it so it doesn't get recorded.

    Who are you?; The new Number 2.
    Who is number 1?; You are number 6.
    What do you want?;..................

    ...however many years ?
    There will be a limit to how far back they can go.

    records of prescriptions issued to you by your doctor.?
    would there be some place that holds these or just at the doctors that issued them

    The surgery should have records of all medication prescribed for you, going back to when first put on the computer. Before that on paper somewhere.
