Not a reservation, but put smilies in next time. Always difficult to convey that sort of thing just in words.
Failed myself many times.
My sons are now in their 40's and I had a very appreciative (and humbling) letter about fatherhood from one of them when his first child was on the way!
Merlin is making a point here which I don't feel should be taken in jest.
Many members of RPSGB have retired over the years having given a lifetime of service to a profession in which they still believe. To be refused the right to be able to introduce themselves as a pharmacist after retirement is downright bloody ridiculous..after all..no-one questioned their right to be pharmacists as long as they paid their fee to the 'society'.
Strangely, however, although I was forced into retirement by these strange, suited beings from the land they call Lambeth, I CAN, however, still introduce myself as a pharmacist in the UK, and they cannot whine, as I am registered in a different country. A fact they have no option but to acknowledge, although in their esteemed view I have actually retired.
WHERE IS THE SENSE IN THAT??

That is interesting, on entry into the country, overseas pharmacists likely to be asked their occupation. If they reply 'pharmacist', will they immediately be arrested and taken to The Tower?
