Hi all, can anyone please tell me what three regulations/laws a controlled drug prescription must comply with?
Ive listed a) misuse of drugs act 1971 b)misuse of drugs regulations 2001
These two are right but there is also a 3rd, i think it couold be The Safe Custody Regulations 1973 but im so unsure, any help on this would be so appreciated as i have to submit my answers a.s.a.p many thanks

The Medicines Act ?! All prescriptions have to comply with this.
