Need Help

Currently doing MCA course. Just stumbled at the last hurdle

Passed all the 14 Modules

Passed all 3 exams.

This was achieved within the time scale of the course, however unable to get boss of the shop to sign me off. (Due to lack of shop experience as I only work 3hrs on the shop on Saturdays and the shop has very few customers on the day. Plus I work with different locums each weekend.

How can I complete the course when there is no consistency in the job?

Can anyone give me any advice, as I’m at my wit's end!

Talk to your boss and suggest that you work on three or four weekdays whilst they are present so they can witness your knowledge and skills. And I don't mean permanently, I just mean as a temporary measure so they can assess you properly.

It's been 15mth's now since i did the exam's, and it's now getting me down!

I've tried the area manager, and my training officer. (but they don't seem to give a monkey's!)

I think I'll have to go to the regional manager!

One unhappy bod!
