    they're the person who takes ultimate responsability for things that go wrong in Body corporates, ( if their SOPS arn't watertight )

    You can also accidentally become one if you sign the wrong bit of paper.
    I did to help out my shop's owner for a few weeks during a fitness to practice investigation (no case to answer for him in the end) so he could get a new shop/ contract application sorted. Nearly had a coronary when I found out i was still down on the register as the super 12 months later!
    Talk about a lesson learned!
