hi everyone this coming friday i have an interview with boots for a trainee pharmacy assistant job, has anyone else had a boots interview, and could let me know what to expect as feeling pretty nervous, this would be a complete career change but it is a job i really want, but have no idea what they will be looking for, please help, leanne
The fact you have an interview means you are through one of the biggest hurdles!I had a sales assistant interview and then an internal interview for trainee dispenser- that was about 6 years ago now, so its hard to say! I believe that the interview varies depending on who is doing it - some people feel that the template one isn't appropriate.
My best advice: be yourself & be honest! They will be looking for someone who is friendly, approachable & keen to learn. Don't worry
Hi Leanne. Take a little time learning about the company from their own website ie the amount of shops/staff it has, this shows you are willing to learn (which the job you are applying for needs) Who started the company? it may also give you that little edge on the other applicants. Have some questions to ask ie will you be moved around or based in one shop only? Good luck its a great job it you have a good team around you.
hi everyone just thought wld let you know that i did nt get the job on friday, was gutted as it looked a really nice place to work, still first interview for this type of work, so hopefully can only get better, only thing it not much in my area to apply for, so was wondering weather to do the on line course, as nothing at local colleges either, has anyone done a course like this, as not sure if its a good idea or not, but want to start learning it , as soon as .
